Paula Crowhurst

NCCH Qualified Hypnotherapist & Divorce Coach

As the founder of Polly Bloom, I support my clients navigating a difficult time in their lives to rediscover clarity, confidence, and peace. My approach blends lived experience with holistic guidance, helping you move through emotional pain towards growth and joy.

Having experienced the shock and heartbreak of divorce after 27 years of marriage, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to lose your sense of direction. My recovery taught me the importance of emotional awareness, self-compassion, and using practical tools. Today, I share those through therapy designed to help you heal, rebuild, and flourish.

Every one of my sessions offers a calm, non-judgmental space where you can process emotions, develop resilience, and make empowered decisions about your future. My aim is to help you let go of the past, rebuild self-trust, and create a life that feels vibrant and authentic again, using both coaching and hypnotherapy.

“This is the first time I’ve felt understood, like I’ve truly been seen and heard.”

Get in touch
  • This session will be an initial assessment in which we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your goals, look at your history and personal information and previous experiences of therapy. It’ll also be an opportunity for us to get to know each other.

  • I have a range of sessions with different lengths. Sessions work best with continuity so, I advise weekly or fortnightly sessions if possible. Your space will be reserved at the same time and day for each appointment. If this is difficult due to personal commitments, please contact me and we can find a solution together.

  • This is entirely your choice. Most of my clients book in blocks of 6. You can schedule a session with me by using the button at the top of my site, to see all the times and options available. Some find that this is enough while others might continue to have longer term therapy.

  • Each session varies in price. You can find these by clicking the ‘Book now’ button in the menu.

These rates cover a full appointment and includes any resources or follow-up support agreed during our work together. Payment is due when you book or on the day of your session unless otherwise arranged. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged.

  • Yes, we can have our sessions remotely if that’s what you would prefer. Some clients find this is much more flexibile.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your session without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as my slot can no longer be offered to someone else who may need it.
