This session will be an initial assessment in which we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your goals, look at your history and personal information and previous experiences of therapy. It’ll also be an opportunity for us to get to know each other.

I have a range of sessions with different lengths. Sessions work best with continuity so, I advise weekly or fortnightly sessions if possible. Your space will be reserved at the same time and day for each appointment. If this is difficult due to personal commitments, please contact me and we can find a solution together.

This is entirely your choice. Most of my clients book in blocks of 6. You can schedule a session with me by using the button at the top of my site, to see all the times and options available. Some find that this is enough while others might continue to have longer term therapy.

The support I offer is tailored to each person and their circumstances, so session options and fees are discussed during an initial discovery call.

This allows us to talk through what’s happening for you, explore how I may be able to help, and make sure the support feels like the right fit before you commit.

Once a session is booked, payment is requested at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged.

Yes, we can have our sessions remotely if that’s what you would prefer. Some clients find this is much more flexibile.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your session without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as my slot can no longer be offered to someone else who may need it.
